General
Stores do not post a list of their needs because they change so rapidly. When applying, choose the positions you’re most interested in.
Individuals age 14 and older can work in a Publix store.
Please note: Because of age requirements for certain store positions, we ask for your age range in the application to help determine which job(s) you can apply for.
When you apply for a job at 1 of our stores, your application is immediately viewable by the managers at that store and other neighboring locations. A store will contact you if you are selected for an interview for an open position.
You can also visit the store, introduce yourself to someone from the management team and let them know that you have applied and are interested in employment.
You can find information about employment with Publix at publix.com/careers, including benefits, open positions (retail, distribution, technology, and corporate jobs) and testimonials from Publix associates.
